Casagrand Builder Private Limited — Casa grand - how they treat their customers!!!

Please desist from buying any property from Casa Grand.
We had paid advance to buy a Casa Grand property in Chennai on 20 Apr 2025. Since were not happy with the Unit allotted to us, the Sales Representatives of Casa Grand told us that we will be given a Unit in another Block (of our preference) within 7-10 Days. After multiple follow-ups, we were given a unit in the requested block, after 2 months. In the meanwhile, we got an email from Casa Grand stating that since we had not paid the 10% first instalment within 45 days of advance payment, our original allotment will be cancelled if the amount is not paid immediately.
Considering the unprofessionalism on the part of Casa Grand, we decided not to go ahead with the purchase and sent an email to Casa Grand on 9 Jul 25 to cancel the allotment and refund the advance amount.
It has been 35 Days and we are yet to receive the refund amount. Apparently, the refund process takes 45 days. For blocking the unit on 20 Apr 25, they asked us to pay the advance immediately. Now that we decided to cancel, they want 45 Days.
Highly unprofessional and inefficient staff, who do not bother to respond to customer concerns They keep asking for information (to delay the refund) that is already available with Casa Grand. The Staff refused to share the escalation matrix. The Staff was not ready even to share Email IDs of next level managers.
Please be extremely careful in case any one is planning to purchase a Casa Grand property.
