Casagrand Builder Private Limited — deficiency of services during handover

I had recently bought a villa from casagrand with the project name elan. During the handover, i had provided the detail snaglist but cannot attach the document and hence attaching the relevant pictures.

My main contentions are as follows:

1) car park size very narrow to allow opening of doors even for a normal sedan.
2) false ceiling not provided in living and dining as promised in the brochure and construction agreement.
3) land registered in my name has been used for laying sewage and other pipes for the community without seeking my permission.
4) no provision of sustainable solution for water despite the charges for the same and assurance in the letter head when booking the villa.

Because of the above deficiency of service, today i am being affected in the following way:
1) paying for tanker lorries for water
2) day in day out, inconveniences during car parking
3) cannot even use my garden & backyard for water harvesting or gardening as lot of pipes and ducts are going underground and for every issues the maintenance team has to come inside for inspection causing lot of inconveniences.

Last but not the least, the builder has not providing the breakup for the rs. 400000/- collected from me and not handed over any corpus to the association.

In short, i could not even get an appointment to meet the senior management to express my concerns also.

Hope this forum would atleast help me and all the 330 owners of this community for good.
