Hi, This is regarding CASAGRAND GRANDIO project. I chose to buy the villa based on the communication and promise made by Manoj (Sales person). Promise was provided for villa plan and amenities comes along with it. The same has been confirmed by the customer relationship person(Pavithra) in email written. But in the middle of the project, I am provided with different plan and less amenities. Asking why the discrepancies via many email and phone communication, no fruitful reply yet. rather they are forcing me to go for next installment of payment. they are also harassing and threatening me with interest on the payment as well as selling the villa to some one else. As a consumer, I am affected by this harassment and false promise and it is continuing. I need your help in order for Casagrand to take the right actions. I am attaching an document of the villa type confirmation and my latest email to Casagrand. Please let me know if you need any more specific information in relation to this issue. Thank you.
