After repeated follow ups from my end since second week of me placing the order I haven’t received my products. The owner Khushal Rita hasn’t sent me any tracking ID and kept promising to deliver within 1 week stating some or the other excuse. In February 2024, he blocked me on WhatsApp so I continued to take update on Instagram via dm, so there he blamed me stating that I should have taken update earlier. Whereas I have all the proofs + screenshots where I am messaging him almost weekly. After that also I patiently cooperated and kept asking for an update/ delivery and even refund since it’s been over 5 months and no parcel has been delivered to me. Even now he is just saying that he will look into it and close it off, and just false promises from his end. It’s a matter of my hard earned money which is at stake. Hoping to receive my parcel on priority and expecting this to resolve soon. Was this information helpful? |
