There s a page called Caseily.in on instagram and also 2nd account name caseily.we . i orderd one phone case on 12th may 2022, its cost around 550rs . This guy making false promises to deliver my product now its been 40 days since i paid guy called khaisal rita . Its not picking up calls or not giving any reply regarding my order .please be aware do not order from that page they are FRAUD. Please do not order from them.

I ordered products from Caseily accessories (Khushal Rita) on 30th March 2022 who stated the products will be delivered in 1 week. However, 3 months later the products have not been delivered and the seller has stopped replying to messages and does not even answer the phone. Please do not order any products from this seller he is a scammer trying to scam money from the CUSTOMERs.
This guy is a through and through ### Don’t be fooled and order anything from this [censored].

I don't it this will help me or not its been more than 7 months i have mo receive my products from this Kushal guy been chasing him since then but every time he is giving me that this week you will get but it never showed up if asking for refund your work is mot stuck for this it will genuinely will come no words just hope to get my refund of products my total amount is stuck for around 4000/- not refunding nor sending the articles pls help

Its been more than 7 months i haven't received my airtag/cover’S and the total cost of this is around 3800/- stil he is like it will come with in this week from past 7months, i dont know will this complaint help me in any way but trying because he sees msgs doesn't reply and after that says aha jayga

It's a ### called khushal Rita...i ordered a case from him for 500 rs but he didn't sent it i told him to send courier number but he didn't...

There is a ### named khushal Rita...i ordered a case from him of Rs 500...even after 4 weeks i have not recieved it...there is no actually proof that he runs a store because he says that he has a CUSTOMER CENTER for it from where the products are dispatched...

I came across a webpage on instagram name caseily accessories With webpage www.caseily.in and number [protected]

I followed the page and i liked the products and i asked for the price and option available for my iphone model
After that i replied that i will order in a day or two and then the replies were full of abusive language. I did not like it. Before i reply to them they unfollow me and blocked me for texting even i sent a msg on their number

I want them to realise the market strategy and not using such language

Have requested for the tracking details N no. Of time but he has been ignoring

I ordered products from Caseily accessories (Khushal Rita) on 30th March 2022 who stated the products will be delivered in 1 week. However, 15 days later the products have not been delivered and the seller has stopped replying to messages and does not even answer the phone. Please do not order any products from this seller he is a scammer trying to scam money from the customers.

Note - we have more then 2k customers who are active and have recieved thier products some products maybe delayed becoz of courier pratices or some other reasons that doesnt mean it wont be delivered !
Secondly our instagram account is neva blocked any 1 .
Instagram have removed the account for copy promotions .
Which was voileting thier terms so we removed that too !
And even it was been updated on whatsapp and broadcasted to all as well .
We have proofs of more then 2k happy delivered products and counting .
Courier payments done for the shipments .

Many customers are fraud here spreading out fake stuff .
Some customers are so fraud they havent made the payments too after replacements of the products . !
Some need free bies so spreading out such nonsense stuff.
Have proofs too cn whatsapp us as well.
So kindly dnt believe in the rumours .

I ordered a mobile cover from caseily accessories (instagram page) on 14 march .
They promised me to deliver the product within 4 days .they also shared an tracking id which is invalid . When i tell them that tracking id is invalid they said that delivery partner will not deliver in your area so i need to change delivery partner and also said you product will deliver within 3 days . Now he blocked me from whatsapp and even not answering my calls
Please don’t believe on this person

Update: The guy reached out to me and said he will not deliver since I complained. After a lot of heated argument he agreed to deliver the mobile case if I withdraw the complaint which I did. Guys he fooled me again. After repeated statements like ‘ye week fix hai’ etc he never gave an actual status. He said they are dealing in lakhs ( which I dont give a damn) and small amount doesn’t matter. So why the hell did he took money in the first place?? Guyz don’t fall in the trap! Buy from official stores or amazon, flipkart and popular ecom sites and not from these kind of Instagram thiefs! I hope he will make himself a bungalow by cheating hundreds of middle class guyz who blindly trust these ### for getting a copies. Guyz stay away from these cheaters and fraud sellers. Do proper background checks before trusting them. Unfollow caseily accessories and report the Instagram account.

NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM KHUSHAL RITA. HE IS A COMPLETE Fraud WITH NO MORALS. I HAVE ORDERED 4 items from him 2 months ago and till now I have not gotten any solid response from him. He has blocked me on everything (WhatsApp, Instagram). He is not answering my calls also. He keeps lying about the delivery and tracking ID. He has taken ₹1900 from me and given absolutely nothing. He uses foul language and abuses his customers. He is very rude and arrogant. HE IS A COMPLETE FRAUD. I REPEAT DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HIM.

I ordered iphone case and watch cover worth rs.1050. it has been more than one month but i have not received my order. Even after so many reminders and follow ups noone is answering. Today he called on registered number and talked for 5 seconds and then cut the call. In evening he is giving threat to us that if you will not remove complaint i will not give you delivery or refund. Paid 1700rs in january 22 and 23 for phone case and watch band not received any products. He is making false comments gave me wrong shipment no twice. And now he is not giving single reply

I recently ordered an iphone case and they asked for advance payment. After payment they are not even sending the tracking receipt. It’s been a month and I haven’t received the product. Also, on daily follow ups they reply me once in 3 days and they have the same answer. “I don’t know why there is delay. It might be stuck from courier service”. But they never share the tracking receipt and just give you false statement that your product will be delivered within next 2 days. I haven’t received any product and also they are not refunding my money.

Had ordered 3 iPhone cases from their Instagram page, paid them 13 days back in advance, amount of 2100₹, now whenever I ask for an update on order, all they do is lie about delivery dates, when I try to call them, they don’t answer call and then reply on Instagram that they are busy, and no reply on real delivery date

I have paid him almost 70k, on sep-17-21 for the Google pixel 3 refurbished phones, he used to say he has the product with him, and he guided me to pay via gpay and account pay half half, the name which he had for the account is khushal Rita, he is almost sending me WhatsApp images regularly from last year with same mobile number (+[protected] the same number is having the gpay, after the payment I requested him to send me tracking slip (challan) he took more days to reply, so I cancelled the order and I asked him to refund my money, but he is a cheater he is blaming me and not refunding my money still, CASEILY accessories is not professional or good. Hi this is Aashiq from Coimbatore, I have ordered bulk unit of Google pixel 3 8nos on 17/sep/2021 with CASEILY accessories, the overall value of the device is 64000, he asked me to pay the full value via account and upi as half and half, i paid the full value as he guided, after the payment I have requested him to send me the consignment copy, he refused on that time and told me stories, but didn't receive the consignment copy, after 3days I have requested him again for the consignment copy, he started to tell me stories and finally I have got the consignment copy of Trackon courier, but the twist is thats wrong information, there is nothing for me and he pincode is wrong, after that I have requested him to send me right information, he is not answering the call, but he is messaging via whatsapp in a improper way, like he is saying that he doesn't have any time to answer my call and message, what I'm requesting him is send me goods or refund my cash or send me tracking slip, but still 25/sep/2021, I didn't receive the confirmations from him and also he send me again a wrong consignment copy, after the payment he is treating me like begger, I told him that I'm going to take this situation legally, he replied ok no problem, you selected me, you order me, you paid me, I'm not responsible for anything like that, and still he is not refunding my money after I cancelled the order,

I had ordered some products from caseily accessories during lockdown and they had given a superb service even in this lockdown and was been delivered on time, and the caseily owner KHUSHAL RITA was very kind while talking.

Please do take some strict action against such fake complaints.

Casily accessories is an Instagram page selling mobile accessories. On 13/7/2020 I’ve ordered a lot of products and received them but I found 2 cases which worth ₹1200 is missing. I’ve asked for the right product for 2 months and finally he sent it but it’s not the product I ordered it’s a cheap quality one which worth (₹100). The seller (owner of caseily) KUSHAL RITA said was an mistake and also accepted for replacement. But till now 11/12/2020 i didn’t get the product even after continuous follow up for 5 months. I’ve attached the prod I ordered and the product I received with the complaint
