Casekaro — Incorrect case delivered & returns is BIG HASSLE

I placed order for Google pixel 3 case but the case delivered had fitment issues. I dropped email and submitted form with the video as requested. Again I was requested to share the screenshot of Settings About phone, which I did. Now again they are asking me to share pictures of the case front and back.

How many more details do they need to process a replacement? This is frustrating. What kind of quality checking do you even have? Are the cases not even checked for fitment before shipment ? Why is the customer being troubled for your mistake ???
