[Resolved]  Casekaro — Return issue

I ordered a phone cover for realme 3pro on 10 july and i received it 13 july, 2021 yesterday. When i opened it phone cover is damage (alignment issue) so, i read FAQ and take necessary action against return policy what they are saying. After that I fill out the Google form and and take a video and submit it but, now they (casekaro) are saying i was placed wrong model cover therefore take them 50 rupess for returns on UPI ID: prakash.[protected]@okhdfcbank Share payment screenshot once paid. However, I placed a order for realme 3pro but when i click buy now and then online transaction it says realme 3, therefore my mentioning bill order says realme 3 ! My order id is #CK105819
Please, look into this matter.
