I have ordered two phone cases worth 240 and paid money through upi paytm money got debited but order was not taken and got redirected to website and not showing any order details .i maild twice but no response was got back....

I have made an order of Rs 260( two mobile backcovers) . I have already paid the amount but after paying I m unable to track my order. When I type the order ID or tracking number, it shows invalid. I have emailed Casekaro twice but they only say that they will reach out to me within 48 hrs and still no emails yet. Please help me.

I placed order for Google pixel 3 case but the case delivered had fitment issues. I dropped email and submitted form with the video as requested. Again I was requested to share the screenshot of Settings About phone, which I did. Now again they are asking me to share pictures of the case front and back.

How many more details do they need to process a replacement? This is frustrating. What kind of quality checking do you...

I ordered a phone cover for realme 3pro on 10 july and i received it 13 july, 2021 yesterday. When i opened it phone cover is damage (alignment issue) so, i read FAQ and take necessary action against return policy what they are saying. I have not received the delivery of my case cover worth 492 rs . They say it is delivered already but we have not received anything .Looks like a legit website but their service is very poor . Thank you...
