I ordered a OnePlus 6 magnetic case and paid 1000 buck for the same. The frame has a design flaw which makes it bigger than the actual phone. First of all there is no reply on the helpline number provided, secondly the thieves (read call centre guys) don't have the basic logic and are blaming my phone that it must be having some issues, thirdly these buggers tell me there is no refund as per their policy, however I must raise this logic that ideally the exchange happens when someone doesn't like the product however in my case there is a design flaw on part of the company which they should understand is not my problem.

I'm facing a similar issue for iPhone case I paid 1500 Rs for. It's not even worth Rs 100. It is soooo bad and the Casewale won't refund.

This is a cheating company. I have ordered a case paying INR 899 for my Oppo F11 Pro phone and they sent cheap cover which is not even worth of Rs. 199. They denied my request for refund and case in unusable for me. They are cheating customers by displaying attractive pictures in their website. Please stay away from them.
This is their Tactics, they use it with most of the customers, what they do is swipe away your funds for Cash rolling purpose, and they send what is in stock with them, or where they have credit facilities with any of their supplier.For this reason they will show in their website, against most of the displayed items as stock available, only to lure you to purchase and pay the money.If you are strong minded and have the capacity to fight with their delivery partner then you can opt for cash on delivery terms, and believe me then also you will receive the wrong item mostly, and the delivery partner will insist for the cash, as they will tell you that they are not connected with the quality of the material and their only job is to deliver materials, infact for this reason they choose strong delivery partners who will command on their behalf to collect money against delivery, and if you are a weak minded person, or afraid you might easily pay off the cash as you dont want any issues, this way case wale is benefited, they gets the cash in to their hands, and then from here on its in their hands, they will take you for a ride, Mr.Anurag or someone, who is the owner of the Casewale will be lavishing using your funds to enjoy his holidays in some part of the world and your phone is still unprotected, you had wasted your beautiful time and days, with frustrations, its not just my story the story of many people in india, we can stop this, we will stop this, ..
