Respected Sir/Ma'am,
With great disappointment and regret i would like to inform you that in order to return your product that i was not satisfied with, i tried your officially available customer care number many times but it ain't working! so i checked certain website for another number This comes out to be my first mistake that I trusted another customer care number and 2nd mistake i gave certain basic details about my bank account to that bloody theif and due to which RS 10, 000 has been deducted from my account!
Now I am totally helpless!
So now i can just request you first to refresh your own website with proper details like Phone number, cancellation and refund policies etc so that this could not happen with anyone in future ! and second thing I REQUEST U TO NOT FOOL YOUR CUSTOMERS by showing DIFFERENT COMPANY PRODUCTS and delivering different!
