I had ordered for Mi band smart watch and it was delivered today but got some other product this is not Mi band an it was said that one band and free mi Bluetooth but i have received 2 smart band instead of bluetooth ear phones. Kindly look into the matter and send me the correct product as soon as possible. Contact me as soon as possible I do not have any contact no of the site....

I have ordered mi plus power bank 32000mah with that I was getting free i7 wireless music earphone & today I got the parcel in which I got sony power bank which is duplicate & not even working properly & duplicate wireless earphone which is used before & packed back. Both the product are duplicate & and while opening the box they were opened & used. Duplicate products sent by them with other brands which were not ordered.

I ordered an MI PLUS M3 Fitness band from CASHBACKKART. Order delivered to me on 12th June 2019 but what i found Product was not actually an MI Band. And wireless bluetooth was damaged. Shouldn't i have right to go for Consumer Court. Worst ever shopping site, in the field of Cancellation & Refund, they have written something really nonsense. I want my money back now but unable to perform that....

With great disappointment and regret i would like to inform you that in order to return your product that i was not satisfied with, i tried your officially available customer care number many times but it ain't working! so i checked certain website for another number This comes out to be my first mistake that I trusted another customer care number and 2nd mistake i gave certain basic details about my bank account...

The fitness smart band is not working at all..It did not starr also..One of the worst product..When i try to reach them the no dose not exist and the email id also was wrong..Kindly take serious action against them..They promised to give Mi band with wireless ear buds but that band was also not mi brand and the earbud is not there in the package.
Kindly report against them.And Return back my money ASAP...

As per their return policy if they receive any the return request with in 3 days they will process. But, i don't think this company is authentic and looks luring customers with branded products...

The promised product was not delivered and a substandard item was sent.I want to return the same and want the promised product. to our surprise the one delivered (bogus product)is available for 800 rs on Amazon.
