I ordered an MI PLUS M3 Fitness band from CASHBACKKART. Order delivered to me on 12th June 2019 but what i found Product was not actually an MI Band. And wireless bluetooth was damaged. Shouldn't i have right to go for Consumer Court. Worst ever shopping site, in the field of Cancellation & Refund, they have written something really nonsense. I want my money back now but unable to perform that.

I ordered a m3 band which is not starting and no charger attached it's a local product and I it costs 1200 the customer care attending the call and bloclking us
