Being a existing customer pay back loan always on time. Due to lock down & no salary i tried applying for moratorium. So i was told by customer care to send a mail with latest 3 month bank statement and i sent without any question. But now even after sending reminder mail to support & [protected]@pcfinancial.in no update. The best part is on the other hand their team is calling my relatives sending whatsapp text saying fir has been filled in local police station. Sending ips - 420/405.

They have already added interest for extended days.

I have already repaid my full amount of rs. 2250 on due date 16 march 2020 in his bank account my loan id is[protected]. Transaction number ua[protected].
But my loan is not updated yet.
Application of cash bean is shown that my loan repayment is updated.
But the people of cashbean call me again and again and shouting on me.

They people are looks like uneducated.
I have received the call from the no. [protected].

Hai am Rohith I have taken a small loan in cash bean.my payment date[protected].due to covid 19 effect still I didn't pay my loan amount.the company executive was calling daily regarding payment.so am requesting you to extend my payment tenure until the completion of lockdown situation.

I have taken loan from cashbean and due to lockdown i am not able to pay loan at this time. And the authority of cashbean force fully calling to pay back loan. I said them that i have pay them loan amount after lockdown. They add much amount of penalty on it. If they do like this i will complain about cashbean to rbi and file a case against them. Because as per rbi. And indian govt all emi’s postponed to 3 months with minimal interest. Employs of cashbean are very abusive and they telling that they will do police complain and all. If all will going like this i will complain about cashbean to police and file a case on the company.

Very abususing and thretening calls from cashbean during lockdown.this is not fair. I have no income for repay the loan .what do i do now.why don't you understant my situation.i have no money for food then how can i repay the loan.RB announced 3 mounths monetorium for all the NBFC loan.cashbean is not accepting that.

Mene cash bean se loan liya hai or me bahot time se inka saath juda hua hun or kabhi emi bounce nhi kiya but is baar lock donw hone k wajeh se me emi nhi paya or inke customer care wale call kr kr k pareshan kr rahe hai jabki mene inko bola lock down khatam hote hi pay kr dunga..

Due to covid lockdown i cant repay my amout at due date
i asked them through call and also through live chat to extent my tenure but no response. now they calling again and again to make payment and telling me to pay the amount withing 2hours without fail... they treating me rudely... i havevattached my proofs...

The account was paid by rs 17750/- in the name of Randhir kaur on account Mob no[protected] dated on 14/04/2020. This account has twice the amount paid. Please check and send a one time payment into the account to which the payment was made

I am Nizam Uddin citizen of India.
I was taken a small loan from Cash bean app. Before i also take loan sometime and always repay before time but this time due to lockdown and Covid-19 situation i can't repay my loan amount. As per RBI guidelines there is a facility of moratorium then why this facility is not for the cash bean customers..
If Cash Bean follow the guidelines of RBI then please i would like to opt moratorium..

Hi sir i have taken online loan from cash bean application, till now i have payed all the emi's on time, due to corona situation i am unable to pay the amount.
I have told so many times to cash bean customer care service. They are telling this company don't have any connection with rbi.

I need 1 month time to pay this amount i have told to the customer service team, but again and again they are calling me and my parents.

I am ready to the pay the amount, but need at least 1 month time. They are refusing this.
Please help me in this situation.

This is durga prasad gour, i have taken a small loan from loan app cashbean. I m taking loan from this app since 3 to 4 months nd i have paid all amounts on time even before due date. But right now due to lockdown for covid -19 pandemic. My small business in closed and now i m not able to pay their amount i have requsted them to postpone my repaymnt date but nobody is there to talk, their panalty is affecting my amount and day by day repaent amount is increaseing. Now everyday i m getting harassing calls nd threats from their recovery team. And alag alag no. Se cl aate he or wo gali dete he jisme se ek no. Me yaha de raha hu[protected].

Dear sir/madam,
I have taken a loan from cashbean on 16th march, 2020 and repayment date is 05th april, 2020. I repay on time before this but due to covid19 and lockdown of country no work is going on. They are doing threatening call many times and also on my relatives number which are saved on my phone. They are accessing all our data and misusing it.
And recently rbi told all banks, nbfc and all loan providers for relief in loan and not to force for repayment.
Please do a legal action on cashbean.

As u know we are passing through the worst situation due to coronavirus rbi its slf passed moratorium in emi, but this financial srvice not giving us time to repay. Kindly please take an action againest it and help

I want to report a fraud, which happened with me on friday afternoon on 10/01/2020.
I received a call from a number +91 [protected].
And after that four transactions were done on my credit card to razorpay sotw which were of
Rs. 19, 853.69
Rs. 19, 853.69
Rs. 17, 604.18
Rs. 19, 853.69

Total amount of transaction is rs. 77165.25
These transactions are not made by me.
I have complained about this fraud transactions in my icici bank.
I had also lodged a fir in police station
Against this person with above phone number. This is an unauthorized transaction.
After investigation done by cyber crime police, they found out that the above amount was transferred to cashbeans loan application via razorpay.
These four months of delay happened because cyber crime police investigation took time to find out the source of fraud.
This amount has been transferred to someones account and the documents they showed are loan approval by cashbeans.
I want my money back.
