Dear sir/madam
I, preciton pereira residing at majorda i had taken loan from cashbean of rs 2000 for emergency medical purpose, my loan id is[protected] and it was suppose to be paid on 1st april 2020
But as per circular goin on from 31st march rbi has said that no debit to be raised for any loans, emi untill 31st june 2020 ie emi moratorium and which is why govt has told no debit will be done and this customer care ppl charged me overdue amount of 7days ie rs 2496 and they charge interest of @33% per day which can be a loss for us if they kept charging me.
Wherein my concern is rbi says moratorium is given for loans/ emi why hell this ppl are charging me for no sake. This is a illeagal business and they harrass too much, they say if dont pay we will put you in court, we will case on u etc etc.. This company should be banned
