Today is the due date i have call received from cashbeen customer care i ans to sir am tring to pay emi pls give me time he is said to me no now you have paid immediately otherwise i will do against actions am request to cashbeen but he is not hearing my words he is used to very bad unpardonable words with me
I feel very shem sir kindly pls accept my complaint sir i have voice record how he is talked me

My self arun kumar rout had taken loan from cashbean company through mobile app for more than 15times and paid the dues every time but now on this covid19 situation i am unable to pay the dues, i have given many emails to the company for payment deferment as per recent rbi guidelines. But the company charged penalty and recovery persons are also calling repeatedly many times.

Sir my loan repayment date falls during lockdown period. I messaged them as i am dependent on rents i received from my 2rooms. But due to lockdown they are unable to pay the rents... But they doesnot responded.. They increased my penalty charges... One of the executive called and asked me to pay whatever i can then i pay the only 1k i had in my bank account and cnfrmed that i will pay the whole loan amount when i will recieve the rents but i am not going to pay the penalties. But today again they are sending me threat messages

I have been using cashbean for 1 year and always repaid on time but in my last loan i could not pay due to covid lockdown so i also mailed them for the extension of the duration of the loan in which i was ready to pay the interest for extended duration.
But now they are torturing by calling and sending sms that they have lodged a complaint against me for fraud.

I have taken loan from cashbean my repayment date was 1.04.2020 they are creating pressure on me but I told them to extend my tenure for 1 month at this time of covid 19 I failed to arrange money they are charging pentaly of Rs177 per day plz help me out.

Now they are calling me to pay my loan and i asked them to give me some time as my business is not running in this emergency situation due to covid 19. They said they will charge me 2% daily. , my repayment was due by 20 days, 13times im taken loan from cashbeen, this time i can't repay because of lock down problem, and im already mailed you to pay some cash, but no reply, increase interest everyday, why you do that, no way to get money, im asking some time, please try to understand the situation, and give me time, thank you

Extreme harassment from cashbean (Agent phone no : [protected]) during this lock down. Pre - intimation of granting more time and supporting the customer during this global crisis was mailed to cashbean but no response. But recovery calls will surely come!!
The agent has abused, said i am uneducated and asked me to beg steal borrow do whatever and repay the money. Threatened to sue my image in front of all of my contacts and work place.

Can we get this company fully closed?

Actually due to lockdown i m unable to pay on time cashbeen payment bt cashbeen team cantiniously calling me and harresing me, i told them i ll pay after lockdown before 16th april to 17th april bt they telling me we got police station complain against you and etc.

They are charge me 2 to 3% interst in daily basis kindly look into this

I've taken loan from the company and due date is on 07/04/2020. And due to lockdown i'm unable to get money from my vendors. And that's the reason i'm unable to repay my loan right now.
I even tried to reach them by calls and emails, but there is no response, they are calling every now and then and harassing me mentally to repay it right now, otherwise they charge me panelty, and if i don't pay it now then they'll call anyone from my phonebook as they have access to it from my phone.
I really don't want anyone from my contacts get harassed by the company. And i'm really not able to repay it right now... I just want some more days, tenure to be extended. Please help me with it..
