I am pritesh
I've taken loan from the company and due date is on 07/04/2020. And due to lockdown i'm unable to get money from my vendors. And that's the reason i'm unable to repay my loan right now.
I even tried to reach them by calls and emails, but there is no response, they are calling every now and then and harassing me mentally to repay it right now, otherwise they charge me panelty, and if i don't pay it now then they'll call anyone from my phonebook as they have access to it from my phone.
I really don't want anyone from my contacts get harassed by the company. And i'm really not able to repay it right now... I just want some more days, tenure to be extended. Please help me with it..

Hi my self masood pasha and i have availed a small loan from cash bean and the due date is on 8/04/2020 as per rbi has regulated emi moratorium for all the loan holders and given a time period of 3months then why are this companies forcing us to make the payments when don’t have sources to make the payment when the nation is suffering from such current situation why does this financial services are not taking seriously about this so i request the you take a serious action against this kind of company who are not following rbi rules and threatening to make the payment on calls

As u know we are passing through the worst situation due to the coronavirus. Rbi its self passed a moratorium in emi. But this financial service not giving us time to repay. At this condition we don't have any source of money to repay. Kindly. Pls take an action against it and help. As they are harassing on call very much and badly. And telling to pay with high penalty pls sir help me.

Very abbusive and threatening calls from cashbean. If this is how it goes surely im gonna suicide. And the cause of my death will be completely responsible because of cashbean. They are torturing me like anything. Lockdown ki wajah se repayment nhi kiya hai isiliye call and msg krke harrasment kr rhe hai and notice bhej rhe hai... Recovery team ghar pe aa jayegi... Maine kha bhi tha after lockdown mai payment kr dunga but wo kch nhi sun rhe hai... Kindly please solve this issue as soon as possible..
Cashbean wali prblm solve kriye aur is company ko band krwaiye ye bht interest leti hai sirf 15 days me sab isse preshan hai...

My name is akshay.. And i have taken loan of around 5000 rps from cashbean.. From last 15-20 days my shop is closed and i am unable to repay the loan dur to the lockdown in india.. This company claims they come under guidelines of rbi.. And rbi has also ordered to all non banking financing companies not to charge penalty for next 3 months and to give extension of 3 months. I told them after the lockdown period i will pay the whole loan in next some days. Still this people are charging very heavy penalties per day... And threatening me by sending msgs and calling 5-15 times in a day... I am helpless and totally broken now. Please help me and please take some actions.

I am yogesh bhavsar & my registered mobile no with cashbean is [protected].
I have taken loan from cashbean mobile app which registered with nbfc.
I have paid my loan amount with interest on 16/03/2020 one day before due date.
But they have not updated on system& called me for payment i have submitted them proof of payment via mail but they are not updated my payment & asked me for repay again & given assurity for extra amount should be returned to me,
On 18/03/202 they have charged me penalty so i have paid all amount with penalty which already paid 2 days before.
After repayment i have sent several mail to them for return my money but they have not returned yet.
I have called many times but they not answered my call.
But when they answered my call first time they have accepted for twice payment & given me time line of 24 hours for returning my extra money but time line not followed.
Second time they have given me new time line of 48 hours which also not followed.
Today again they asked for wait 7 working days. This is totally wrong they are not returning my money from last more then 15 days

Liya tha or sir vo desh bhar me chal rhe lockdowm je karn time pe nhi de paya or cashbean company be high penalty 209 rupy par day lagana suru kar diya or vo lone overdue ko 5 din ho gaye hai 1045 rupe extra lag gya hai karpya krke penalty ko rokiye sir nhi har roj 209 rupy lag rha hai please sir kuch kijiye

As we all know, due to the outbreak of novel corona virus, jobs are not there and financial crisis is happened to middle class peoples. Even rbi given moratorium towards financial institutions, but this institution never giving the customer to tackle the present situation. I had taken rs. 15000 personal loan of 15 days and is getting due by 07/04/2020 of rs. 17248. Currently i am broke and i don't have money to repay.
Please take a strict action against it and help us

I have taken loan from cashbean as it is due to pay today but we have lost our sources of income because of covid-19 cashbean isn't following rbi guidelines and they are weighing penalty on us please look into that someone

Cashbean has taken high rate of cashbean just paid 15000 and take 17230 high rate of intrest and due to lock down we are unable to pay the loan amount so that thay are harrasing us and thatling that i[censored]r unable to pay u had pay panalty of 3500 rs extra and may be taken to jail so requeat u to give us some time. And call to help centere there is no responce we are small business man

I take a loan and its so short period time i pay every loan on time and sir my name is afreen begam and i request u to give us time due to lock down our business is closed and i am unable to pay the amount and the company staff was harrasing us for payment and we are unable to pay and they put the panalty of rs 800 per day.
So request u to take action on this time...

Am the old customer of cashbean and took loan several times and repaid on time. But now in critical condition of corona virus i requested them to extend time to pay loan because in lock down i don't have any work. Even rbi announced to moratorium the loan. But they rejected my application and pressurized me to repay the loan.
Please help me and i suggest everyone not to take loan from cash bean because their loan tenure is only 15 days and their interest rate is higher
