CashBean — Complaint regarding Cash bean loan repayment

I took loan from cash bean app which was an online app rs 3450 in 04/6/2019 I am trying to repay the pending loan amount but it ceased terminated by RBI now it is effecting my cibil score

I would like to request to take action regarding this matter mentioned above
