Sir. i take a loan from cash been on 11/03/2020 rup 8624/- but the pandemic situation my loan is overdue that the time but i contact pc financial company customer service and they will give me payment link for close my loan with due charges and then i close my loan with the penal charges on 20/12/2022 rup 11066/- i have also payment screenshot and also NDC for the proof but till time my loan not close your end my cibil is badly affected for this loan so please close Loan status on my CIBIL I heartily request
