CashBean — I paid the payment but it not updated

I paid the payment in google pay the transaction is successful. But it doesn't updated. I send a email to the cashbean customer service but they are not responding. The cashbean customer care executive is harrasing me and using the unparlementry words and language please solve my problem

I get a lone 5600/- from cashbean on dated 30/01/2020 Lone I'd[protected]. After repayment they can't remove penalty amount. I will allready request for remove penalty amount but before repayment they are committed me for remove penalty amount.

I was just filling the details and the message flashed that you have successfully applied for the loan. I dint need any type of loan from cashbean, and there is no option to cancel the process. I have send the screenshot of the status showing.
