CashBean — mentally harassment & abused by cashbean

I have taken the personal loan rs. 13700/- (Including interest) from cashbean online app. After due date i was unable to pay loan amount on time due to some financial issues. Then cashbean customer service frequent call me for payment & everytime i said give me some time for money arrangement but his customer service was not ready to understand my problem. Then i paid partial payment of rs. 2000/-. On the next day cashbean agent called me for loan payment & he was threatning me that your pan card & aadhar card would be blocked. And he used abused language also. I have submitted call recording of conversation. Is this practice of company to recovery the loan amount.
Cashbean customer service send me threatning messages from different different messages. I am attached with this complain.
Kindly take proper action against this company for demafation of my character.

Updated by singharun11 I have call recording of agent of cash Bean who's threaten & abused me. Whenever need I will produce.
That call recording I have sent to cashbean.[protected]@pcfinancial.in on 23/02/2020 & after that I have sent several reminder mail but no one responded on my mail. Even after that they continuously threaten & told me fraud.
I want compensation of demafation of my image.

yes.. they are charging very high ROI and their customer service randomly called you like you have taken 2 cr loan as well as system generated called on your phone i.e showing different countries code & number.

I have repaid my laon in an account which that u r given but it's not showing, I submitted an appeal bt it's showing transaction not existed.i tried to contact u guys 100 times.. what will do
