CashBean — payment done not updated in cashbean app

I made a payment of rs16788 through phonepe but payment not updated in cash bean app they are charging 345 rs daily penalty i have shared the transaction details with them through mails but no response even called them but no reply. Paid to their rbl account = [protected]
