Cashe — After closing, loan is still active

Hello All,

I have taken a Cashe loan and closed it on[protected] as the Interest rate is very high.

They have shared NOC that loan has been closed and there is no due pending from my end.

They have informed that it will update in CIBIL within 30-45days.

When I check my CIBIL report today it's showing as Loan is still active and showing the amount to pay.

This is not at all acceptable, Cashe is trying to cheat their customers all the time. I need immediate solution on this issue.

else I will file a direct complaint.
