I took loan last year n was able to complete all my payment and they created a credit line that I can apply for another loan which I did on dec 7 and till now it’s shows processing this is not done, I sent multiple emails and there response is that we have forwarded to the concern team and then nothing happen, we request for loan as we found your app is genuine but now seems like kind of misleading, and till now my issue is not yet resolve my tkt number 21300521
