This is to express my disappointment towards your cashe loan.
As you can check my history i have been taking loans from your application from past 2 to 3years, however this time it was an emergency situation for hospital expenses and i have cleared the old loan and applied for new loan on 12th June and yet the amount is not disbursed yet.
When i checked by login from chrome, i see that my future emi is also showing for the loan amount that i have applied but i have not received any amount.
In application there is no EMI details at all.
Very pathetic customer service that you guys maintain because there is no number to get in touch with you or to get an email from your side we need to wait for 3 days.
Do you really think when someone is admitted in hospital and we wait for loan to get processed for 2 days and after that we raise concern and again it takes 3 days to resolve. Was this information helpful? |
