Cashe — Amount not disbursed yet

I ruchin choudhary cashe mobile no [protected] email id- [protected]@gmail.com
I applied a loan of rs 10000 on 14 March 2023 till now amount is not disbursed in my account app shows processing when I check in web emi starts. Whats wrong is this please fixed this issue.
