Cashe — Cashe loan still in process after 6 days of approval

My loan is approved from 02 June 2023 but still under processing and when asked their employee, he said amount will credited in 1 hour,
its been 6 days and its still showing in process.
i have rasied ticket on support.cashe.co.in twice still it has been not resoloved.

Now they are saying Transaction failed after 6 days. I have applied again and still it’s showing in processing.
