I'm very upset because even after making payment before the due date which is on July 29th 2022. However the payment was not updated from your end even after providing the proofs like the screen shot and the bank statement in which it clearly states that the amount was debited from account but it's not updated from your end for more then 10 days even after sending so many emails and messages through what's up to your team and now finally when the payment got updated on 08/09/2022. In the cashe application its marked as defaulted and penalty charges have been added even when it's not my mistake. Kindly request you to remove the penalty charges and the defaulted mark from my cashe account I hope this time the issue would be taken care. Please refer the attachment of the payment made and also the attachment of the penalty charges and the defaulted mark mentioned on the application.
