Cashe — Delay in loan disbursement.

I had applied for a loan on 10 January 2024 and it is approved, but till now they did not transferred the loan amount into my bank account. In the mobile app the below message is showing in status -

Status in app: "Your Loan transfer is under process, we will update your status as soon as loan transfer is complete."

I raised multiple tickets for this but they closed the ticket same day without any resolution by mentioning that, "we will resolve the issue with in 4 working days".

I'm also sending emails also to the support team, but they are not replying on it.

Please help me to get this resolve as soon as possible.
