I had applied for a loan on 10 January 2024 and it is approved, but till now they did not transferred the loan amount into my bank account. In the mobile app the below message is showing in status -
I raised so many tickets and dropped emails to customer support team regarding delay in loan disbursement but no luck. On 28th January 2024 they had cancelled my loan application by stating that. "We have forwarded your loan cancellation request.", while I never requested for it. Screenshot of email conversation is attached.
On 29th Jan I again applied for loan. and request you to please help me to get this resolve as soon as possible.

5 to 7 times I have raised the ticket in cashe app and dropped multiple emails too but you guys are continuously reverting the same reply instead of giving any solution.
