Cashe — Emi amount has been auto-debited twice

My emi amount of Rs 20121 for the month of February 2024 has been auto-debited twice. I have contacted the customer care but there is no response. My ticket number is 21831686.
Kindly refund the extra amount deducted on priority.
I have attached the screenshot of the amount debited twice.
