[Resolved] Cashe — excess payment charged

I had borrowed loan through cashe money lending application worth RS 22000 on 4th July 2019. Due to some technical glitch they instantly debited this amount back from my account on same day. So nothing is due at this point. After complaining they disbursed 22000 again on 8th July 2019. Now am liable to pay 22000 to them after month. I cleared entire outstanding on 03rd aug 2019 yet this firm auto debited my account again for 22000 on 5th aug 2019. So the excess amount has been collected and now they claim this charges to be valid when asked for refund.
Please help to get this funds back and charge case against such fraud

CASHe Customer Care's response Wee see that the above loan account has been closed and your current loan of Rs. 50, 000/- availed on 18 Sep 2019 in in severe default. Request you to pay at the earliest to avoid additional charges and negative reporting to CIBIL.
