Cashe — Excess payment/Extremely Rude customer service | |
Hi my name is Ankita Patial I took a loan of 50000 from cashe. The insurance was something I did not opt for you can't force me to take insurance, secondly have paid back 9020+315+2000+16500+8871+186+10000 the only amount left to be paid is 3108 why am I getting harasment calls from you people shouting and speaking rudely to me saying I need to pay approx 9000 more. This isn't fair I spoke to a supervisor today named Priyanka she didn't even know my name down in the call for 5mins post calling me she was understanding my case from her colleague what sort of professional behaviour is that she was super rude..I as a customer can shout and show my dissatisfaction but she can't say things like you are frustrated with your family that's why you are talking like this...who the hell is she. I need a quick resolution for this or else I will file a customer satisfaction case against you as it's very difficult getting in touch with you for anything...you people don't have any customer support number your chat system is inbuilt we can't type words it's over frustrating. Will never do any business with you again and will make sure no one known to me is also connected to you through social media.
