[Resolved]  Cashe — Horrible Customer Support - Disbursal Issues

3 times my loan has been approved since 1st March 2024, then after waiting for disbursal for 7-8 days, they cancel the application stating disbursement failed. My applications have been cancelled 3 times in last 20 days, that too after approving the loan request. They call themselves and ask to apply for loan, stating some technical issue at there end.

On call they mention funds will be disbursed within 10 minutes, these 10 minutes turn into 10 days, then 10 months..

Customer support is useless apart from automated replies you get no help.

Why do you even approve loans when you cant disburse in time.????
Cancel the application is first go itself, so at-least we will not have hopes of getting funds.

Loan is taken for emergency and such delays and later cancelling the application is complete harassment on our part.

This inspite of me being a consumer of this app for 6-7 yeas now.

Got a call from one of your agents yesterday and was assured disbursal by the end of the day.

But disbursal didn't happen. I am tired of the fake commitments being made on a daily basis now.

CAN SOMEONE FROM THE TEAM TAKE INITIATIVE AND HELP RESOLVE THIS?

Have been harassed by Cashe since last 1 month now. Apart from automated replies you get nothing.

Disbursal pending since last 1 month now.

Please help me out, due to some emergency we are taking funds from you, and you are holding our Disbursement. Will surely escalate this to the authorised regulatory bodies and finance partner.
