I have applied for a loan in cashe and it has been approved but the amount is not credited in my account and I was not able to contact the customer care and there is no proper response and I need money on urgent basis kindly help me out of this
This is the reply I got
Dear Customer,
Greetings from CASHe.
We would like to inform that your loan application has been approved from our end. However, we are facing some technical issues while disbursing funds.
Please be assured, we have taken up the matter with the bank. The tentative ETR provided by bank is 05 working days from the date your loan is approved.
As soon as the issue gets resolved, you shall receive the loan disbursal in your bank account.
We would also like to assure that your repayment date will be considered from the date of loan amount transferred to your bank account and it will accordingly get updated in your CASHe account.
We regret the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding.
