[Resolved]  Cashe — Loan amount not disbursed into my bank account

Hi,

I have applied for a personal loan from CashE app. The loan has been approved but disbursement of the loan amount is still pending.

I was told to wait due to some technical issues but it is very urgent for me to get the funds or else I wouldn't have applied for a loan from CashE app.

The customer service is pathetic and there was no proper response from the team even after sending emails multiple times. They don't have a callback number to address customer's issues.

I am very disappointed to see such carelessness on the part of the CashE Team. I don't when will I get the loan amount into my bank account. I am still waiting but it they fail to disburse the loan amount they should inform me prior so that I can look for other options.

Please look into this matter seriously and disburse the amount ASAP.
