Cashe — Loan Approved and amount not credited

Hi Team,
Loan amount got approved on 16th Dec 2023 of 250000/- but still the amount is not credited. I have raised multiple requests and also tickets in the app, but still, I am not able to get proper response.

Kindly let me know when i can except the amount, if not please close the account and also in the CIBIL
