Dear Team,

Doing follow from almost 20 days . My cashe loan / credit line already approved and loan agreement digitally signed on 7th March 2024 but still funds not credited in my account.

Raised multiple ticket but were closed without any action .

Have sent multiple mails . Getting Below sample replies

Getting same reply from last 20 days on email.

Kindly confirm exact status of the disbursement.

Loan agreement signed on 7th March and still funds not disbursed.

Not clear with your reply . Getting same reply again and again . Not clear why so much time required for disbursement when loan agreement already signed on 7th March 2024
