Cashe — Loan Approved and Loan Agrrenment sign but loan not credited to Bank AC

My loan was approved on 09/08/2023 but today is 18/08/2023.
Still my loan is not credited to my bank account.
There is no customer call center available and no reply from there support mail id also.
