Cashe — Loan approved but amount not credited. 20 days completed

I was applied for a loan on 14th Dec 2023 and that loan approved on 15th Dec 2023. All process like esign, emandate all done on 19th Dec 2023 but till now my loan amount not credited. Almost 18 days completed. I have sent multiple mails but not resolution given.
