Cashe — Loan approved on 23rd Jan but amount not credited till now. 10 days completed

I was applied for a loan on 23rd Jan 2024 and that loan approved on 23rd Jan 2024. but till now my loan amount not credited. More than 10 days completed. I have sent multiple mails but not resolution given.
My Customer id is 9769792.

Please resolve my issue asap.
