[Resolved]  Cashe — Loan didn't disburse

Cashe loan application process is all done and it's approved. Completed Emandate and Ensigned the agreement . However amount didn't disburse so even after 4 days of approval. I have raised the ticket through the app but receiving the below automated email each time but issue is not getting resolved.

We would like to inform that your loan application has been approved from our end. However, we are facing some technical issues while disbursing funds.

Please be assured, we have taken up the matter with the bank. The tentative ETR provided by bank is 05 working days from the date your loan is approved.

As soon as the issue gets resolved, you shall receive the loan disbursal in your bank account.

We would also like to assure that your repayment date will be considered from the date of loan amount transferred to your bank account and it will accordingly get updated in your CASHe account.

We regret the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding.
