Cashe — Loan disbursed but not credited to my bank account-#CLN5658257

I am in need of money urgently which is why I had applied in cashe and I am a regular customer. The money is disbursed yet not credited to my account.
I have been waiting and trying to contact them on call and emails but there is no response. I see people have been raising the same issue. Now I am tensed if they will deduct money from my account without even giving the money as they have taken esign for auto debit.
Requesting for help and resolution to this please.

Please address this issue as I can see they have generated 1st emi date to be 1st September but I have not received the loan amount. Please find the image attached. Please help in resolving. I am in trouble now. No one is responding from cashe
