My loan got approved by Cashe on December 5, 2023 and the amount has not been disbursed yet. When tried to send a mail to customer service, they kept sharing the same email that there is some technical issue and that they are working with the bank and always share an ETR of 5 working days.
Post their app update, my December 5th loan which was under processing failed and so I reapplied again on December 17, 2023 and they same cycle of issue continues Was this information helpful? |
