It is very frustrating and disappointing I am an old customer i am not sure what happed with this application.My loan was approved on 6th December today, and it is 21st December as per you ETR shared of bank is over. And it is more than 15 days now since the amount is in disbursement. Whenever I am sending an email, just getting an automated response of ETR 5 days. This reply i am getting from you guys since last 10 days without any solution just let me know if loan will get credited or not and if yes then when please let me know the exact timing coz todays we are completdd with 20 days delay

Its been more than 3 days is this your priority if you dont want to credit the money just let us know why you are keeping my loan open on the app in the case just let me know. It is very frustrating now
