Cashe — Loan under processing from 7 days

Hello,
I have repaid the entire loan amount and reapplied for a new one. As per their advertisement it shall be instant approval loan, but application under processing from last 7 days. I was received call from customer service executive for loan limit & verification. I provided the information & as per him it is approved.
I am requiring fund immediately, but they are delaying it without informing anything. I mailed them several times, but they do not respond any email. I tried their customer contact number it always busy & not responding.
Kindly look into this matter & resolve it immediately.

Again, requesting you to please disburse the amount today itself.

Can you update on disbursement??
Do not use this application as team is asking to make the payment for unused amount...
