I made d complete payment on 1st of nov. Due to their system issue amount was not reflecting on their system.. I have send all my bank statements. But still they are charging the late payment fee. I m sending regular email but not getting any proper response from them. My credibility has also impacted because of them. No use of sending emails and there is no number to contact them

Kindelly I inform to you I was done my total ammout i was paid but miss Neha and her advocate now never talked to me and not closed my account sir pls kindllley check my profile and provide clearance letter and noc because I have a urgent if now not solved my problem so I will complained to RBI
