I'm very disappointed by how the things are handled by the customer service team. It's been more then 10 days but still my issue is not resolved and even after sending so many emails and what's up chat with them they we still not updated my payment information and due to which now my account is showing as defaulter and penalty is been adding up. However the payment was already made before the due date itself which was on July 29 2022 and the mode of payment was UPI from Paytm bank and the transaction id[protected]. I had sent so many emails with the screenshots and bank statement showing that the amount has been deducted from my account but no proper response from Cashe's customer service team. Kindly update my payment which was made on July 29 2022 and also remove the defaulter mark from my account along with the penalty charges. I have added document of the payment made and i hope this time your team will get it updated
