Cashe — Personal Loan approved but still not disbursed

My credit says approved as on June 20 2023, but it is still showing processing from their end. It's been more than 3days that's under processing status. As they mentioned the amount will get disbursed with 10-20mins once e-mandate is done. since after doing emandate formalities now it's saying processing from past 3 days.. i am in urgent need of money and there is no contact number or chat option to get an update on when the amount will be disbursed to my account.
