Cashe — Personal loan pending

Hi cashe self madhankumar who re apply Personal loan for Rs.15000 on 13/7/2023 and i received message on the same day tell that its under processing but i have not yet received any amount, whenever i checked in my mobile app its shows "PROCESSING" now almost 15 days over nothing has happen
When i raise the query i got the ticket no 18017801 on 17th july 2023
