I am writing to file a serious complaint about a recent transaction involving the sale of my iPhone 12 Pro (128GB) on [08/07/2025]. I was paid only ₹5, 000 [₹6, 000 with coupon], which was based on a false and misleading inspection report submitted after the pickup.

Here’s what actually happened:

- My phone had **working Face ID**, **fully functional cameras**, and **normal operation** despite being repaired previously.

- The battery health was **80%**, which I did mention during selling questions and the phone was in **usable condition** with no “major dents or bends.”

- While the display section showed **“Unknown Part”**, I have now learned this does **not mean the display was fake** — it can happen even with **genuine screens** if installed by a third-party or if the EEPROM chip wasn’t transferred.

- The phone also had **True Tone** and all screen features working perfectly.

I was **not shown any report**, nor asked to sign or verify anything. The false condition report — entered after pickup — claimed non-functional Face ID, sensors, and major physical damage, all of which are completely **untrue**
The seller wrote so many wrong bs to justify giving me only ₹6, 000.

I have realized they have this bad practice of quickly forcing you to make decisions without giving enough time to think and they will constantly look for minor problems even if there isn't they will create one and call it major then cut the price like 80% as advertised on the website which was ₹24, 500 for my iphone 12 pro 128gb this is all a pre-planned fraud by them show us higher price for selling your phone then cut it to like 75 to 80% so they can profit later by selling the parts for far expensive or selling the whole Phone for like ₹33, 000 i highly advise to stay away from this scam/fraud business and they constantly replied and said nothing can be done which is just absurd if your phone is gone then gone you should be able to get it back also contacted their [protected]@cashify.in only gotten measly wait 24hrs responses and saying the specific team is working and then no reply for days also they will give you false assurance of increasing the price by adding coupon which only added a ₹1, 000 making the final amount ₹6, 000 btw the amount of my phone they offered me was ₹5, 000 by coupon I got ₹6, 000 which is even more pathetic and then instantly the amount was transferred to me and he was gone even contacted his number through no Brooker hood app they are very scummy they hide their delivery boy and his head numbers who gives them the price they keep it secret so whenever you call the phone goes to the cashify fraud company and the phone cuts the pickup boy name is abdul and his number is *[protected]* I kept telling him to give me the number of his senior who gives the final price by looking at the photos he simply just refused to give me his senior number and said nothing can be done and he kept telling me the price he offered me was right based on the condition full of bs if I sold it on other platforms like olx would've easily gotten ₹20k +

I hereby request one of the following:

1. Immediate return of my device in the same condition,

2. An additional payment of **₹9, 000–₹15, 000**
