Not refund my money

My name is navpreet singh and the order ID of the iPhone is #SR27599.I bought an iPhone 3/ 64Gb from cashify.I had paid 21899Rupess but after some time the charger of the phone was not working that is different, they solved my issue after 2 weeks.some days later the camera of my iphone was not working so i decided to return the iPhone and on 14 October i returned the iPhone, today 2 months have completed but they didn't return my money and...

I was supposed to get a visit from Cashify regarding the purchase of my used handset as per Samsung exchange policy on purchase of a new mobile. They have not visited or called me since 1st October. Now they say that my area is not serviceable and neither is the model of my mobile available in their system for purchase.

this number [protected] mentioned in their website can never be reached.

Cashify needs to solve this issue with immediate effect.
Dear Cashify team,
First of all improve the behavior your customer care service agents as they people are not attending the calls of customer as I sold my Iphone X yesterday, having the reference number;MPMBF8239401 and the puckup agent told me that the payment will be credited directly to my account via UPI within the upcoming 24 hours, i.e.: by today 02:00PM IST but unfortunately no payment has been given to me (of 13, 000 total) on the name of Mr. Suprabhat Vatsa and the agent name is Mr. SATYENDRA, and he picked my device after the full verification from my residential address: Raj Nagar Extension, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh-201003 amd now when I am calling to the customer care agent, they are not receiving my calls and the pickup agent is telling that the amount will be credited very soon butI don't know what type of harassment is given by Cashify to me as a customer.I was having a very decent reviews for Cashify till yesterday but now no faith on Cashify amd never suggest anyone for purchase/sell via Cashify. For this issue, I have all the evidences attached in my file like call recordings as well as pickup Videos from Agents and call screenshots (unsuccessfull as not received by customer care after trying a lot), mail given to the Cashify just few minutes ago and received the ticket number, etc. I requested for the payment from the customer care via email and from the pickup agent via call but if the payment will not done by the stipulated time, then I have to go for legal as well as media action because these are the major mental egony and harassment to the valuable customers which Cashify given Therefore, kindly do the needful as soon as possible for better and safer option and follow your sentences told to the customer at the time of purchasing the phone from customer.

    Bought an iphone 12 mini 128gb on 7th october 2022, the phone was hanging and battery was draining right from the beginning, i came back home after buying it and just after reaching home I went to them again to give it back and refund me they did not listen to me even i was saying just after 2 hours of buying it, they said phone is ok and also no return policy after billing. Now on 23rd October night just after 16 days of purchasing it the phone is completely dead so i went there in the shop at Ganesh chandra avenue where i bought it from to get a refund they refused to give me the refund and as the phone is completely dead now they are offering me a replacement. But i don’t want any more trouble from them now so i want refund as i have come to from others that they don’t sell good phones they just repair and exchange if to customer to customer

      I ordered a mobile (Realme X7 max 5G) on 30 July 2022, order ID-#SR34469 from www . cashify.in at EMI of Rs.1362 for 18 months, transaction number -[protected] worth Rs.21799. On 3rd August 2022, I received the parcel via bluedart with tracking ID -[protected]. When I opened the parcel I found a wrist watch instead of mobile. I contacted cashify they directed me to return the parcel and they assured me for refund. Till date my issue hasn't been resolved. My money is getting deducted as per EMI. Please do take some action.

        Refurbished mobile with superb catagory is not in usable condition

        I ordered refurbished mobile phone in superb catagory but received a mobile with not in usable condition. Even after the replacement. The replacement mobile is worst than the previous one. Replacement mobile doesn't detect the sim and WiFi network. They are not doing at least basic quality check before ship the product. I am requesting for return.         i was cheated by the cashify team, be providing the less amount that what it was committed at the time of placing the order. The technician gave some false update and blur pictures stating the product was in damaged condition. PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS.

          I had a pickup scheduled for my iphone 11 pro max.
          It showed that the phone will be picked up by 30th august between 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
          On the day of pickup the pickup technician (Mr. Asif) comes and checks my device, certifies it in genuine ok working condition and then tries to pay me but their website server was down for some reason so the technician explains to me about this and told me that the pickup will be done after 2-4 hours.
          After 4 hours i called the technician but he did not responded and cancelled my pickup request directly without any reason.
          Then i complained about this in cashify customer services and they told me to reorder my pickup request and they would pickup my device by 31st august no matter what date & time showed on the order.
          But no one came for pickup
          Even no one was assigned for pickup.
          So i waited one more day till 1st September and then again same things repeated to me on the day of pickup
          My order got cancelled again and again their customer care executive reopened my order and now that order had a new date & time that was 3rd september.
          This time they informed me that no matter what happens your device will be picked up by 3rd September.
          And once again my order is cancelled and their technician says that i am a cellphone dealer and i have my own cellphone shop!
          I am a civil engineer by degree & by profession too.

              I had to sell my laptop and in return while selling it, my parents have given the wrong laptop to the agent and i have followed up immediately to return the laptop but they are just not returning it and saying we have escalated the issue and we will get back.                 Cashify people have no sense of talking and are harassing over calls, that too girls!! Even when we have not taken any loans or anything.
                Everyday they are calling to harass and asking for the contact of some other person.

                          The website provides different pricing, the technician creates his own problem, mobile is perfectly fine, he trys to pull the the screen fair few time and say that screen is loose and damage the phone so that they can reduce the price.

                            Cashify repair service seems like a scam based on personal experience. I got a screen and battery changed for my one plus 7. The screen on ts own without any physical damage or fall started showing lines and stopped working UNDER 2 MONTHS.

                            They have a 6 months warranty on paper but told me it is physical damage to screen so they will do nothing. BUT NOT A SCRATCH ON MY PHONE SCREEN AND NO FALL EVERYTHING SEEMS FINE but they still went on telling me how some lens inside must have broken but they could not show me a single proof of physical damage.

                            My conclusion was they put second or Chinese screens claiming to me original one plus screens (they gave me no warranty card or original packaging of one plus screen earlier) and when it stops working they give random physical damage nonsense.

                            COSTLY RS8000 LESSON LEARNT, STAY MILES AWAY FROM CASHIFY REPAIR FRAUD AND GO TO ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER FOR REPAIRS EVEN IF SLIGHTLY MORE EXPENSIVE.

                              I have purchased Apple X 3/64GB, variant from Cashify with price is 25, 469, the product is good with physical conditions but the performance is so worse that the battery gets drained within minutes. Suppose you fully charge the phone and use for 10 mins the battery gets drained by 30% and isn't worth buying.
                              I feel most of the products are of same quality and so are they sold as refurbished, i request you not to get cheated which results in loss for the customers. This results in huge profits for the company with most number of cheated customers. Better buy a product which is new.

                                      They provide with cheap quality screen replacement. Mine screen went black after 1 month without any reason. They provide cheap quality replacements with false promises, When I approached technician they said it was my fault. I lost my 8000 rupees with them, Highly disappointing.

                                        I have bought iPhone 11 for 35000Rs. and I was said by store head that they will put original Apple battery can be replaced to existing one within month. When i asked to replace the battery they denied by the statement and they abused me harshly.
                                        Store head name is Mr. Rahul and staff person who sold the mobile was Mr. Ikraar.
                                        I request you to take concrete step regarding this issue and take some action these people who abused to their customer and for misbehaving like this.

                                          I have used this pathetic platform to sell my 3 year old iPhone SE. Working fine and was in excellent shape and condition!

                                          Providing all the Correct details on the website which quoted RS.5250/- and only for the mentioned amount I had agreed to sell my device.
                                          When the rude and un-trained guy visited for the pickup, he cut off the value to Rs 3500, Took of the screen-guard inspite of denying him several times.
                                          Said the battery was faulty because the battery health was not 100% which was not faulty in any manner.

                                          Refused to accept the original bill, and further cut the phone value.

                                          After a long hassle he paid Rs. 4000/- on my Amazon wallet. I am still in deficit of Rs. 1250/- from Cashify which I still haven't received after a lot of emails and discussions.

                                            Beware of Cashify - Fraud

                                            Cashify always give a good quote for the devices offered to sell thru them. But once the technician reaches our place, he will offer half the price after giving some lame excuses. this is a planned cheating. This happened to me today. For my honor 9N phone, the offered price was 3710. But the technician reduced it to Rs.1800 (50% of the initiL QUOTE as per their cheating plan). i told hime to leave my place immediately....
